Operations Specialist

The role of Building Employee Services, Site Lead and Caf and Dining Specialist based in Bangalore involves managing relevant contracts and suppliers to ensure high-quality employee services within the site or subregion. This includes overseeing various services such as Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), transportation, cafeterias, and other building services. You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day activities of onsite contractors, ensuring services and assets are maintained according to service level agreements. Additionally, you will supervise projects executed through contractors, manage campus/building maintenance services, and represent relevant scope areas in infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will also include managing incident response and communication activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and agency audits, conducting regular audits of equipment and systems, working closely with facility occupants for maintenance needs, inspecting building structures, and monitoring operational budgets for efficiency. You will develop and execute change management strategies, collaborate with procurement organizations, manage key performance indicators, and act as a subject matter expert for specific service areas. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in administration, commerce, hotel management, or equivalent field from an accredited university. Desirable qualifications include experience in Restaurant Management, Hospitality Business, Institutional Catering, or Culinary Management. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required, and knowledge of local vernacular language is preferred. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple deliverables simultaneously, and a proactive self-starter mindset are essential. You should also have the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders, present to cross-functional teams, and demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications.
