The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage resources, ensure process efficiency, and coordinate with various departments to meet company objectives. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing operational strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards. The role involves direct interaction with clients and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and address operational issues promptly. Key Responsbilities - - Manage the day-to-day operations of the agency, including project coordination, client communication, and team management - Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity - Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences and execute on ground activation - Work closely with the creative team to develop and implement branding campaigns - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget - Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery - Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in branding and marketing - Provide regular reports and updates to the Managing Director/CEO on operations progress and results Qualifications Operations management skills, including process optimization and resource management Experience with strategic planning and performance metrics Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of safety and quality standards Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field Experience in the Advertising ,BTL, or media industry is a plus Show more Show less
