Role Overview: We are hiring a Stock & Dispatch Officer to handle inventory management, stock QC, packaging, dispatch, stock upkeep, etc. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, organized, and detail-driven. Key Responsibilities: Receive, QC, and store stock with updated SKU tagging. Repack and relabel inventory as needed. Maintain bin locations and track inventory in Zoho. Prepare, pack, and dispatch customer orders. Photograph packed orders and archive in Zoho Drive (Dispatch Records). Monitor fast-moving items and prepare monthly reorder reports. Handle internal stock issues (demo materials, replacements, etc.). Track shipments and resolve delivery or courier issues. Coordinate returns and manage physical stock movement. Requirements: 12th pass or graduate with 12 years of experience in inventory/logistics. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Zoho/ERP a plus). Ability to handle physical stock and organize warehouse space. Attention to detail in labelling, tagging, and documentation. Prior experience in courier dispatch or packaging preferred.
