As a Technical Service/Support Engineer, you would be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial inkjet printers.
Providing technical support to customers remotely (via phone or email) or in person at their site.
Managing complex technical issues and collaborating with engineering, sales, and customer service teams to find solutions.
Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for technical support activities.
Performing routine maintenance and periodic checks on printers at client sites.
Managing relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Assisting with other company activities, such as production assembly, product demonstrations for sales leads, or participating in exhibitions.
Strong technical background in inkjet printing technology or packaging machinery, with hands-on experience in installation and maintenance.
Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
Proficiency in working with electronic components and industrial equipment like counters, timers, and shaft encoders.
Knowledge of electronic components and industrial E-equipment such as Counter/timer, shaft encoder, Inverter.
Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
