Job Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to manage and optimize our operational processes, ensure seamless coordination between departments, and drive overall organizational efficiency.(Female preferred)

Role & responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the company.
Direct and coordinate activities related to production, pricing, sales, distribution, and after-sales services.
Review financial statements, sales/activity reports, and performance data to measure productivity, monitor goals, and identify areas for cost reduction or improvement.
Develop and implement operational strategies for efficiency, growth, and customer satisfaction.
Direct or coordinate financial and budget activities to ensure effective funding and resource allocation.
Prepare staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to ensure operational excellence.
Ensure effective coordination across departments and support senior management in strategic decision-making.

Key Requirements:

Female candidate, with 58 years of proven experience in operations or executive management.
MBA / Business Administration graduate from a recognized institution.
Familiar with ERP systems
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in inport-export operations, after-sales services, marketing, and sales.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
A strong understanding of accounting and tax systems is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
