Key Responsibilities:

Campus Maintenance & Safety:
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of property, including buildings, gardens, and guest houses.
Resource Management:
Allocate resources for events, manage inventory, and provide resources for student shoots.
Hospitality & Security:
Oversee reception, food, lodging, and guest services; supervise campus security.
Facility Management:
Supervise housekeeping, office staff, and maintenance teams; manage guest houses and company cars.
Event & Travel Coordination:
Organize logistics for events and handle travel arrangements.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate external contractors.
Purchasing & Procurement:
Oversee purchasing needs and manage campus furnishings and aesthetics.
Interior & Aesthetics
: Ensure the interior spaces are well-designed, comfortable, and visually appealing.
Furnishing
: Manage the selection, placement, and maintenance of furnishings across campus.
Pet Care:
You will be responsible for the daily care and well-being of pets within the office campus. This includes feeding, maintaining cleanliness and freshness in designated pet areas and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the animals.
Any other work as may be assigned to you from time to time.
