Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience: Ensure high-quality service, promptly resolve complaints, and maintain excellent guest satisfaction.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and lead teams, fostering a culture of excellence and high morale.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasts, expenses, and aim to maximize profitability for all outlets.
• Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily activities, implement SOPs, conduct inspections, and streamline workflows across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B).
• Compliance & Standards: Enforce health, safety, and local regulations; maintain property standards and cleanliness.
• Strategic Input: Collaborate with management, analyze performance, and develop strategies for business growth and revenue.

Core Duties:

• Supervise front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and events.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relations.
• Handle sensitive guest issues and service recovery.
• Implement and monitor operational policies.

Essential Skills:

• Leadership, problem-solving, communication.
• Budgeting, financial acumen, organization.
• Hotel management software proficiency.
• Customer service excellence and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
