The Operations Manager at Better Daily will manage end-to-end daily operations, including inventory management, dispatch, logistics, and team supervision. This role is critical to ensuring timely order fulfillment, quality control, and smooth coordination across teams.

• Oversee day-to-day operations across production, store, dispatch, and delivery
• Ensure timely processing, packing, and dispatch of customer orders
• Coordinate with logistics partners and delivery riders for on-time delivery
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and wastage control
• Maintain hygiene, quality, and food safety standards
• Track operational KPIs such as delivery timelines, order accuracy, and efficiency
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports
• Ensure SOPs are followed and continuously improved

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in operations (FMCG / Food / D2C preferred)
• Strong understanding of logistics and last-mile delivery
• Good team management and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

• Experience in food or perishable goods operations
• Experience managing delivery teams or warehouse operations
• Startup or D2C brand experience

• Salary between

  ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
