Role Overview:

As a Founder’s Office Associate Intern, you will work closely with the founding team across multiple functions, gaining a 360-degree view of business operations in a fast-paced FMCG startup. This is a high-visibility and high-learning role ideal for those who want to be part of strategic decision-making and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in strategic planning, research, and execution of new initiatives
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Support daily operations, meetings, and communication for the Founder’s Office
• Help monitor project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data compilation
• Manage calendars, meetings, and follow-ups as required

Who You Are:

• A graduate or current student pursuing Management, Engineering or related fields
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability
• Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and digital collaboration tools
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
• Prior internship/startup experience is a plus
