About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our daily operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth project execution, cross-team coordination, and client satisfaction while driving operational excellence across multiple business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operations across Revenue Management, Creative, and Tech divisions

• Implement SOPs, monitor project timelines, and maintain quality standards

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely client deliverables

• Support strategic growth initiatives and client relationship management

• Prepare and analyze reports on operations, productivity, and performance metrics

Requirements

• 4–7 years of proven experience in operations or project management (hospitality/agency background preferred)

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask

• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
