The Role

We are seeking a hands-on and energetic Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) to support the Operations Manager in leading our daily operations. You will be a key leader on the floor, responsible for supervising departmental teams, driving service excellence, and ensuring our team delivers an outstanding guest experience.

What You'll Do

* Operational Supervision: Directly supervise departmental supervisors (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance) to ensure smooth daily workflows and adherence to luxury standards.

* Guest Experience: Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated guest issues, ensuring prompt, professional, and effective resolution.

* Team Leadership: Assist the OM with hiring and training. Directly manage staff scheduling, rosters, and daily motivation to maintain high service standards and productivity.

* Cost & Inventory Control: Support the OM by monitoring departmental budgets, controlling costs, and assisting with inventory management, stock-taking, and procurement.

* Standards & Compliance: Conduct regular property inspections and spot-checks to ensure all hotel policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations are met.

* Deputy Support: Act as the Operations Manager in their absence, handling key operational decisions and reporting to senior management.

Who You Are

* Experienced Supervisor: You have 3-5 years of hospitality experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role (e.g., Front Office Manager, Head Housekeeper, F&B Supervisor).

* Educated: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

* Service-Driven: You have a genuine passion for hospitality and a strong, practical understanding of luxury service standards.

* Leader & Motivator: You possess strong supervisory skills and are excellent at mentoring and motivating a frontline team.

* Problem Solver: You have strong analytical skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
