Woods Hospitality, located in Chanvai, Valsad, is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences through our dedicated team and high service standards. We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our team and support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for staff concerns, coordinating with department heads and the General Manager for resolution.
• Manage attendance records, leave tracking, and maintain accurate employee data.
• Support payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and documentation of employees.
• Assist in performance management processes and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain HR records, employee files, and compliance-related documentation.
• Provide administrative support across departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster a positive work culture and be approachable to all staff members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR; hospitality industry experience will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other HR-related tools.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A people-oriented personality with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Must be willing to relocate to Valsad (if not already residing nearby).
