You’ll lead daily operations, manage workforce strategies, and ensure service delivery excellence across our key locations. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day facility and hospitality operations at Kolkata, Pune, and Noida locations. Drive manpower hiring, recruitment, onboarding , and deployment across multiple client sites. Collaborate closely with the HR team to plan workforce needs and address attrition challenges. Ensure seamless coordination between departments for operational efficiency. Manage vendor relationships, staff performance, and client communications. Monitor service quality, compliance, and adherence to safety standards. Conduct training and development initiatives to build team capability. ✅ What We’re Looking For 5–10 years of relevant experience in hospitality/facility management operations . Proven ability in recruitment and manpower planning for large operational teams. Leadership skills to manage teams across multiple locations and functions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
