Build relationships with training institutes, local placement agencies , and vendors to fulfill manpower needs. Manage onboarding formalities and documentation. Maintain and update recruitment databases and MIS reports. Ensure compliance with hiring standards and organizational policies. Participate in job fairs and recruitment drives when required. Key Requirements: Proven experience in hiring for hospitality and facility management sectors . Strong understanding of different job profiles from housekeeping, technicians, and front-line staff to managerial positions . Proficient in using job portals like Naukri, Shine, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, and others . Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
