Job Summary:

Vcare Hospitality India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and experienced Sr. Facility Manager – Operations to lead and manage day-to-day facility services for our client locations in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in facility management and hospitality operations with expertise in housekeeping, manpower sourcing, vendor handling, and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily facility operations and housekeeping activities at assigned client sites.

Conduct regular site visits to ensure service quality, hygiene standards, and client satisfaction.

Handle manpower recruitment, deployment, and supervision.

Coordinate with clients to resolve operational concerns and ensure service excellence.

Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee service delivery.

Monitor and maintain inventory of housekeeping materials and equipment.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety guidelines.

Prepare and submit operational and manpower reports to management.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Facility Management or Hospitality Operations.

Graduate in any discipline; diploma/degree in Facility or Hotel Management preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in managing multiple sites and large teams.

Proficient in MS Office and operational reporting.

Willingness to travel for site visits across Kolkata and nearby areas.
