Position: HR Recruiter Department: Human Resources Location: Wakad (Head Office), Pune Experience Required: 2–5 years in end-to-end recruitment (blue-collar, grey-collar, and white-collar roles) Industry Preference: Hospitality / Facility Management Job Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment for white-collar, blue-collar, and grey-collar roles across multiple locations. Identify and source candidates through job portals, social media, references, vendors , and field recruitment. Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads and regional teams. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical positions. Build relationships with training institutes, local placement agencies , and vendors to fulfill manpower needs. Manage onboarding formalities and documentation. Maintain and update recruitment databases and MIS reports. Ensure compliance with hiring standards and organizational policies. Participate in job fairs and recruitment drives when required. Key Requirements: Proven experience in hiring for hospitality and facility management sectors . Strong understanding of different job profiles from housekeeping, technicians, and front-line staff to managerial positions . Proficient in using job portals like Naukri, Shine, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, and others . Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
