🔍 Job Summary:

HR Recruiter

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand manpower requirements from different departments.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, and references.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate interviews with managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and reports.
• Ensure timely joining of selected candidates and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with operational teams for manpower planning.
• Participate in walk-in drives and field visits as required.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and vendors for recruitment support.

📌 Requirements:

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

• Experience:

  2 to 5 years in recruitment, preferably in hospitality or facility management.

• Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
