🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Site & Operations Management

• Conduct routine

  site visits

  to monitor service delivery, staff discipline, and compliance.
• Supervise on-site manpower and ensure accurate attendance and deployment.
• Submit operational reports to the management on a regular basis.

Manpower Sourcing & Coordination

• Manage

  manpower sourcing

  , screening, and onboarding for various sites.
• Maintain manpower strength and provide timely replacements as needed.
• Ensure all employee documentation, ID proofs, and KYC are in place.

Client Handling

• Serve as the primary contact for

  client communication

  and relationship management.
• Understand client expectations and ensure quality services are delivered.
• Address and resolve client issues or feedback promptly and professionally.

Vendor Management

• Liaise with local vendors for uniforms, consumables, and necessary supplies.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely service delivery.
• Negotiate rates and manage vendor contracts in coordination with management.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure that all on-site operations follow company policies and

  statutory compliance

  (PF, ESI, etc.).
• Maintain records for manpower attendance, payroll coordination, and site performance.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years

  of experience in hospitality/facility operations.
• Expertise in

  manpower handling

  ,

  client coordination

  , and

  vendor management

  .
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently across all assigned regions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and basic reporting tools.

🎓 Education Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline. (Preference for candidates with hospitality/facility background)

💡 Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly In-Hand Salary:

  ₹20,000 – ₹27,000

• Travelling Allowance

  for field/site visits

• Provident Fund (PF)

  as per statutory norms

• Other Benefits
