Position: HR Intern – Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our compliance and payroll operations. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about HR processes and looking to gain hands-on experience in compliance and statutory functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the HR team in

  employee onboarding & KYC documentation

• Assist with

  UAN creation, EPFO portal activities, and compliance tracking

• Help in preparing and maintaining

  payroll support documentation

• Manage and update employee data in

  Excel & internal systems

• Coordinate for

  statutory filings

  and audit readiness
• Handle queries related to

  PF, ESI, and labour compliance

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate or pursuing final year (Any stream)

• Good knowledge of MS Excel

  (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas)
• Basic understanding of

  compliance processes

  , EPFO, UAN, KYC
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Computer-savvy and eager to learn
