Job Description

Experience: Minimum 4-5 Years experience in Security Manpower Service Company.

Operations Management:Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to ensure smooth and effective security service delivery.

Oversee and coordinate the activities of security personnel and teams.

Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and optimize resources.

Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing their security needs and concerns.

Staff Management:Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel, including security guards and other staff.

Set performance expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching and mentoring to ensure a high-performing team.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation:Conduct risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.

Develop and implement security plans and protocols to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of clients and their assets.

Compliance and Regulations:Ensure compliance with all relevant security industry regulations and legal requirements.

Stay updated with changes in security laws and regulations and make necessary adjustments to company policies and procedures.

Resource Management:Manage budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.

Ensure the availability of necessary equipment and resources for security personnel to perform their duties effectively.

Crisis Management:Develop and implement crisis management protocols to handle emergencies effectively.

Coordinate with relevant authorities and stakeholders during crisis situations.

Quality Assurance:Implement quality control measures to maintain high service standards.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established procedures.

Technology Integration:Explore and implement the use of technology and security systems to enhance the company's service offerings and efficiency.

Reporting:Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas of improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
