Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise daily operations across all departments.
  • Ensure timely execution of client projects, service activities, and internal tasks.
  • Implement operational processes that support business goals.
  • Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies.
  • Develop and enforce improved workflows to increase productivity.
  • Track KPIs and ensure consistent adherence to performance standards.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the operations team.
  • Schedule tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor team performance.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and service quality.
  • Collaborate closely with the Service, Sales, Finance, HR, and Technical teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Facilitate communication between teams and management for smooth workflow.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation, reporting, and communication.
  • Oversee service operations and ensure all customer concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Reduce response time and prevent repeat customer complaints.
  • Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with procurement and service teams to ensure availability of stock, tools, and consumables.
  • Monitor proper utilization of resources and reduce operational wastage.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, operational guidelines, and safety norms.
  • Maintain documentation, records, and operational logs as per company standards.
  • Assist management in planning operational strategies and future growth.
  • Participate in forecasting manpower, resource needs, and budget planning.
  • Identify operational risks and propose preventive actions.

  • Good knowledge of operational workflows, KPI monitoring, and project coordination
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (advantageous)

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
  • MBA preferred
  • 5–10 years of experience in operations or administration
  • Prior experience in IT solutions, service operations, or tech-related companies will be an added advantage
