About The Team
Reporting to the Head of MAM Operations, you will be a key member of the Member Acquisition Marketing (MAM) organisation. This team is at the forefront of Tide's mission, responsible for attracting and welcoming new members to our platform globally.We believe a seamless and intuitive onboarding experience is the critical first step in building a lasting relationship with our members. This role is dedicated to ensuring the product teams building this crucial first experience have the operational support they need to succeed.
About The Role
As the Product Operations Manager for Onboarding, you will be the operational backbone of our Onboarding Product team. This is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between our business ambitions and our product development reality, ensuring we can efficiently deliver a world-class onboarding experience for new members across all our markets.
What You'll Be Doing
- Establishing and owning a clear, scalable intake process for all feature requests and product ideas originating from commercial and country teams.
- Facilitating roadmap planning and prioritisation sessions, ensuring decisions are data-informed, transparent, and aligned with strategic company objectives.
- Acting as the primary operational liaison between the Onboarding Product team and its key business stakeholders (including Country GMs), translating business needs into well-defined problem statements.
- Developing and managing a communication framework to keep all parties informed of the roadmap, project timelines, risks, and delivery milestones.
- Partnering closely with Product and Engineering to track the end-to-end delivery of key initiatives, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and blockers.
- Continuously identifying and implementing opportunities to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the Onboarding Product team's development lifecycle.
- Helping to shape product strategy through performance reporting, data-driven insights, and applying member-first principles to quantify feedback into actionable recommendations.
- Helping organise testing, experimentation and user research for key GTM activities
What Are We Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if:
- You have 4+ years’ experience in a role like Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations or Management Consulting, preferably within a fast-growing tech company (fintech a plus).
- You are a natural bridge-builder with exceptional stakeholder management skills, proven to work effectively with both technical (Product, Engineering) and commercial (Marketing, Sales, GMs) teams.
- You love bringing order to complexity and have a knack for creating simple, effective processes. Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Looker is essential.
- You’re logical, and see data as a crucial part of decision making, but know when to stop analysing and start acting.
- You have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels through clear, concise, and compelling communication.
- You are a self-starter who can navigate ambiguity and take initiative to solve problems.
- You relish working in a rapidly changing environment and enjoy working in a complex, technical industry.
