The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Roles & Responsibilities: Oversee the business of the Company Work closely with CEO/ Investors/ Partners Act as Team Manager for Training, R& D departments Guide and mentor Operations / Technical / all other departmental teams. Closely supervise sales plan, and work actively to achieve the target Oversee all products / service of the company and ensure abreast with our competitors Lead the team of training staff with good mentoring and support to them. Ensure timely updation of curriculum and syllabus for all products. Play a key role in our R&D department by providing support as needed to help operate and grow the business Works with the marketing teams and develops digital marketing plans across all online channels, including media, email, website, mobile, and social media Strong team player and ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others in team. Responsibilities: - Send daily reports to the CEO regarding ongoing works, activities and events Conduct daily team meeting and update CEO Send monthly reports mentioning the activities and performance of self Improve professional development and training related to STEM programs and methodologies staying abreast of current research. Report STEM events and activities through social media, such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Qualifications & Skills Education: B - Tech graduate, Operations, STEM, or related field; MBA preferred. Experience: 3+ years in operations management, preferably in STEM/Training/Education sectors. Proven track record in team leadership, sales supervision, and R&D collaboration. Experience in digital marketing strategy (social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM). Skills: Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Strong analytical skills to drive sales targets and operational efficiency. Proficiency in data reporting tools and social media platforms. Excellent communication (written/verbal) and stakeholder management. Show more Show less
