Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager at our leading BPO in Hyderabad and Bangalore, you will be responsible for overseeing operations and ensuring the efficient functioning of the business processes. With a requirement of being an Ops Manager on papers in a BPO and having essential experience in the Content Moderation Process, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing and maintaining all Client Service Level Agreements, implementing improvement plans when necessary, and maximizing revenue generation for both long and short-term financial projects. You will be tasked with selecting, training, developing, and managing the performance of direct reports and their associates, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements. Furthermore, you will be expected to manage and review operational reports related to attendance adherence, client scorecard, and metrics management, while also establishing and nurturing relationships with client partners. Providing leadership and guidance to your team, conducting regular performance reviews, and fostering a positive work environment through employee engagement will be key aspects of your role. To qualify for this position, you should possess an Associate degree in a related field along with over eight years of experience, including at least two years of Progressive Management Experience. Additionally, having a minimum of one year of experience as an Operations Manager and expertise in coaching, developing action plans, and analyzing work processes will be essential. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a talent for organizing and prioritizing projects in a fast-paced environment are crucial attributes for success in this role.
