Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager at Lime Tree Hotel and Service Apartments, located in Gurugram. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining property standards. The role involves budget management, handling guest complaints, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, staff supervision, and guest service
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of budget management and financial reports
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
