Job Description

Oversee daily operations across sales, finance, warehouse, inventory, and logistics departments.
Manage order processing from e-commerce platforms ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
Coordinate with marketplace teams for product listings, pricing updates, promotions, and stock management.
Supervise warehouse functions including receiving, packaging, storage, and shipment accuracy.
Maintain optimal inventory levels through stock audits, forecasting, and replenishment planning.
Monitor sales performance across all online and offline channels and prepare regular reports.
Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets through efficient coordination and execution.
Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and courier partners for timely supply and dispatch operations.
Work with the finance department for cost control, billing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation.
Identify process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce cost, and improve customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and e-commerce platform requirements.
Handle customer order or logistics escalations and ensure quick resolution

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
