Position Overview:
This role is the cornerstone of our operation, responsible for the entire client lifecycle and team well-being. You will be the primary leader on the ground, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and team engagement.

Required Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
· 5+ years of proven experience in an operations management role within the BPO, IT outsourcing, or offshoring industry.
· Strong track record of successfully managing and scaling remote or offshore teams for international clients.
· Experience with business development, sales support, or marketing initiatives.
· Good communication skills.
· Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and project management tools.
· Accounting knowledge is a plus.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
