Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Administrative Executive to support our Chartered Accountants and staff in daily operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in client communication, document coordination, and office management, ensuring efficient flow of information and timely service delivery.Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, or in person.
  • Coordinate with clients to collect required documents, data, and information for audits, taxation, accounting, and other services.
  • Track and follow up on pending client submissions and maintain regular communication.
  • Organise, file, and digitally manage client records and documentation for easy access by the accounting team.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and deadlines for partners and staff.
  • Assist in preparing reports, client summaries, and data sheets as needed by the CA team.
  • Maintain and update task trackers, client lists, and workflow dashboards.
  • Handle basic correspondence, documentation review, and data entry.
  • Support compliance processes by ensuring timely submission of returns and filings (GST, TDS, ROC etc., as applicable).
  • Liaise with government departments or portals (like MCA, Income Tax, GSTN) if required.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including coordination with vendors and service providers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or client-facing role, preferably in a CA or professional services firm.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local language (spoken and written).
  • Strong organisational and follow-up abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic document management tools.
  • Knowledge of accounting/taxation terms or portals is an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
