## Requirements:

1. MBA degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

2. 2+ years of operations management experience in advertising or a related field.

3. Strong project management and organizational skills.

4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

6. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
