Job Description

Role Overview

The Studio Operations Manager will handle the full operational and administrative management of the fitness studio. This includes sales, member experience, backend reporting, HR coordination, studio maintenance, staff management, and daily studio operations. The role ensures smooth functioning of the studio while delivering an exceptional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Member Management

  • ● Manage studio walk-ins, enquiries, and lead conversions to memberships.
  • ● Clearly explain all studio offerings, packages, and benefits to clients.
  • ● Maintain strong follow-ups to improve membership sales and
  • renewals.
  • ● Ensure excellent customer experience for all members.
  • Operational Management
  • ● Oversee daily studio operations including opening/closing, class scheduling, trainer coordination, and equipment check.
  • ● Ensure studio cleanliness, maintenance, and smooth functioning of all facilities.
  • ● Coordinate with vendors, trainers, and staff for operational efficiency. Backend & Reporting
  • ● Maintain attendance sheets, member records, payment details, and daily business dashboards.
  • ● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.
  • ● Ensure accurate documentation and database management. HR & Admin Coordination
  • ● Manage staff attendance, leave records, onboarding documentation, and compliance.
  • ● Support payroll inputs by maintaining accurate HR records.
  • ● Assist in scheduling staff, trainers, and handling shift operations. Member Engagement & Service
  • ● Resolve member queries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism.
  • ● Support in planning studio events, workshops, fitness challenges, and retention activities.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • ● 1–4 years of experience in operations, studio management, admin, or customer-facing roles.
  • ● Strong sales skills and customer orientation.
  • ● Good knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and backend admin.
  • ● Highly organized with strong multitasking ability.
  • ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ● Ability to work in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.
