What We Look For

We are seeking an Operations Manager who is organized, proactive, and committed to ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to effectively balance people management with operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Daily Operations: Supervise front desk, facilities, maintenance, and all centre activities to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Staff & Scheduling Coordination: Coordinate with therapists, support staff, parents, HODs, and admin to maintain efficient workflows and prepare therapy schedules.
  • Inventory & Facility Oversight: Maintain supplies, equipment, and facility upkeep; ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health protocols.
  • Performance Monitoring & Growth: Track key metrics (patient volume, satisfaction, revenue) and provide actionable insights to improve operations and support expansion.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Relations: Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints; build strong relationships with parents, vendors, and external partners.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to safety, HR, and data protection policies, and manage any operational risks proactively.
  • Community & Engagement Initiatives: Support marketing, outreach, and customer-focused programs to enhance the centre’s presence and reputation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinic management software .
  • Proficiency in Telugu is a must.
