Operations Manager

1. Supply & Logistics Management

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations (procurement → production → warehousing → distribution).
• Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Ensure timely delivery to distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
• Optimize transportation routes and logistics cost.

2. Inventory & Warehouse Managemen

• Ensure proper storage, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and warehouse safety.
• Reduce wastage, pilferage, and expiry losses.

3. Cost & Budget Control

• Track KPIs: cost per unit, production efficiency, waste percentage, etc.

4. Team Management & Leadership

• Supervise cross-functional teams: production, QA, logistics, procurement.
• Provide training, performance evaluations, and leadership development.
• Ensure high employee morale and workforce productivity.

5. Vendor & Procurement Management

• Source raw materials and packaging materials at optimal cost and quality.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Ensure timely supply.

6. Process Improvement & Automation

• Drive automation initiatives to improve productivity.
• Analyze operational data for continuous improvement.

7. Sales & Demand Coordination

• Work closely with sales & marketing teams to forecast demand accurately.
• Align production plans with market trends and promotional activities.

8. Risk & Compliance Management

• Identify operational risks and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety standards.
