Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring rooms and public areas meet quality and hygiene standards. Oversee daily hotel operations including front office coordination, guest services, and routine maintenance follow-ups. Implement and monitor SOPs to maintain consistency in service delivery. Manage staff scheduling, performance, and training to ensure operational efficiency. Respond to guest issues and service recovery needs with professionalism and urgency. Maintain inventory control for housekeeping supplies and operational materials. Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Prior experience in hotel operations or hospitality management is an advantage. Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
