Job Description

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising operational processes across the company. This role ensures that workflows are standardised, inefficiencies are minimised, and all departments function smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Design & Optimization:
  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all key operations.
  • Map workflows using tools like BPMN and ensure process clarity across departments.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions using Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Operational Oversight:
  • Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure smooth execution and adherence to SOPs.
  • Coordinate between sales, production, supply chain, and admin teams for seamless operations.
  • Performance & Reporting:
  • Track KPIs and operational metrics to measure efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on operational performance for the management team.
  • Team Leadership & Training:
  • Guide and train team members on standard processes and best practices.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Vendor & Inventory Coordination:
  • Assist in inventory management and liaise with suppliers/vendors to ensure timely procurement and production schedules.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in operations management, process design, or workflow optimization.
  • Familiarity with BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination abilities.
