Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing workflow, ensuring operational efficiency, and providing leadership to the operational team. Additional tasks include coordinating with various departments, maintaining quality standards, handling logistics, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity.

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
• Experience in the packaging or paperboard industry is a plus
