Effective & excellent interpersonal skills with hands on experience in operations handling, Facility Management, Mobilization of new sites, General Administration.

Provide innovative solutions and objectives analysis for improvements.

Widely experience in crisis management through most effective and efficient utilization of available resources.

A keen planner with strategic skills in team building and Organization building.

Skilled at setting priorities and managing projects.

Set goals and deadlines for the department.

KEY SKILLS

Administration: Designing and implementing system / policies / procedures for smooth and effective administration and monitoring overall operations across housekeeping quality improvements and training among others.

Facility management: Overseeing the management rules and regulations are implemented and followed.

MIS: Collecting & collating data and generating periodic reports to facilitate decision making by top management.

Maintenance: Effective preventive and corrective maintenance of various site equipment and machines which are used in HK operations.

Safety: Training the staff in the importance of safety, ensuring effective management of safety equipment.

Procurement: Effective material resource planning and sourcing for cost effective procurement.

Training: Identified training and conducting need-based training programs to develop multi skilled teams.

Statutory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

KRA - Operations Manager

To drive all soft services related activities and site team at client place.

Submitting the operational reports like MIS, MMR & QBR etc to the client & have their reviews periodically.

To do the new sites assessment/survey to understand the client requirement & accordingly deliver the services.

Responsible for recruitment for all category of staff from ground level staff to Executive level.

To travel in around Pune city and also to travel wherever required based on business need.

To carry out the Skill assessment of all deployed staff & prepared skill development plan accordingly to improve the skill level of staff.

Conducting Training for site staff as per set frequency and generate reports.

Maintaining all the records related the statutory audits.

To have readiness for new site Transition and Mobilization

Provide innovative solutions and objectives analysis, for improvements.

Widely experienced in crisis management through most effective and efficient utilization of available resources.

To work towards the expected Goal Sheet and to share the quarterly updates on target VS achieved.

Maintaining a high Client Satisfaction Level

a. To retain and expand existing Business

i. By ensuring high Service Delivery Level

ii. Ensuring Zero Escalations

iii. Driving Operations, Human Capital, and Support Teams to ensure the delivery as per the SLA (Service Level Agreement)

iv. High level of Client interaction

v. Reviewing & interpreting the market trends/ client feedback to attend the business strategies as per the requirements & expectations

Enhancing Customer relationship through continuous process enhancements & cost-effective measures

Team Management and development of a strong 2nd

a. To ensure succession planning and business continuity plan

i. Bringing constructive collaboration in teams

ii. Strengthening of skills of team members by sending them on trainings periodically

iii. Conducting performance reviews of the team members

iv. Continual assessing of the team members

v. Responsible for Cross Functional Team Building, Employee development

Credit and invoicing Operations

a. To ensure timely collection of bills

i. By following up with central invoicing team for in time Bill generation

ii. Submitting of Bills with the Client and ensuring payment within the credit period

iii. Reduction in Debtor Days by timely submission of Invoice & ensuring Collections on time

To show interest on learning new skills of preparing Commercial, Preparing the BOQ

Operational Excellence, Various Process Implementations

To ensure have positive and satisfied communications with Internal Stakeholders -at Branch Level & HO
