Role Overview We are looking for Project Engineers who are technically sound, execution-focused, and capable of managing site operations with a detail-oriented mindset. The selected candidates will ensure that every stage of construction is aligned with engineering standards, project timelines, and quality benchmarks. Key Responsibilities Site Execution & Supervision: Oversee daily site operations, monitor progress against project schedules, and ensure compliance with structural and architectural drawings. BBS & Reinforcement Detailing: Prepare accurate Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and verify reinforcement placement as per IS codes and design intent. Drawing & Documentation: Interpret and prepare AutoCAD drawings, and execution details; maintain revision logs and drawing control records. Estimation & Quantity Take-offs: Calculate quantities of materials (concrete, steel, masonry, finishes, etc.) and assist in preparing BOQs and cost projections. Coordination & Communication: Work closely with planning, procurement, and design teams to ensure timely material availability and resolve on-site technical issues. Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure that work is carried out in line with standard engineering practices, safety protocols. Reporting: Maintain daily progress reports, resource utilization records, and assist in preparing project status presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint. Required Skills & Competencies Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and reading construction drawings. Strong understanding of BBS preparation and reinforcement detailing. Working knowledge of construction methodology , site supervision, and estimation. Ability to prepare cost estimates and basic project schedules. Competent in MS Excel , PowerPoint , and digital reporting. Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude. Awareness of IS codes and construction standards is an added advantage.
