Job Description

Preferred candidate profile

  • look after Operations across pan India sites/ location.
  • Strategic and operational planning.
  • Overseeing daily activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and productive operations, which includes managing staff schedules and workloads.
  • Manage resources, staff, budgets, and supply chains, while also focusing on quality assurance, safety compliance, and cross-departmental collaboration to meet organizational goals.
  • Managing budgets, overseeing procurement, and ensuring the right resources (labor, materials, etc.) are available when needed.
  • Analyzing and optimizing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions.
  • Staff leadership:

    Hiring, training, and motivating employees, providing feedback, and fostering a positive work culture to maximize performance.
  • Quality and compliance:

    Ensuring products and services meet quality standards and that the organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Collaboration and communication:

    Working with other departments, stakeholders, and senior leadership to achieve company-wide objectives and communicating important updates effectively.
  • Performance analysis:

    Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing reports on operational performance to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Team and personnel management:

    Lead, supervise, and mentor teams of field managers, supervisors, and frontline staff across different cities and states.
  • Operational oversight:

    Manage day-to-day activities including logistics, warehouse management, facility operations, and retail store functions.
  • Process and performance management:

    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales, costs, and inventory, and implement strategies for improvement. This includes process optimization, quality control, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
  • Strategic planning:

    Contribute to operational strategy and ensure that activities align with the company's pan-India objectives and goals.
  • Client and stakeholder management:

    Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and manage relationships with various stakeholders, including clients and other departments.
  • Data and reporting:

    Manage data, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports to inform decision-making.
