To strengthen our operations team, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager.

Role Description:

This full-time role for an Operations Manager is an on-site position based in Chennai. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient workflow, manage staff, and maintain quality standards. The role involves coordinating with various departments, improving operational processes, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Additionally, the Operations Manager will be responsible for planning and executing strategies to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the car rental business, including fleet management, driver coordination, and booking execution.
• Manage scheduling, vehicle allocation, and ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitor fleet performance, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with safety standards.
• Handle client requirements, resolve service-related issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Supervise, train, and motivate the operations team and drivers.
• Implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Track MIS reports, monitor KPIs, and provide regular updates to management.
• Liaise with vendors, corporate clients, and internal departments for smooth business operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, RTO regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Operations management, workflow optimization, and staff management skills
• Ability to maintain quality standards and ensure regulatory compliance
• Strong planning, strategic execution, and process improvement skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work independently and lead operational teams
• Experience in the manufacturing or transportation industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
