Our platform creates lifelike AI-generated model content, enables personalization across various channels, and tracks visual analytics to optimize content performance. We help the world's largest brands communicate with their customers in a highly personalized and scalable way.


Key Responsibilities:


Team Leadership

  • Lead and scale Creative QC and Generation teams
  • Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and accountability systems
  • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement


Quality Control & Operations

  • Own end-to-end QC processes for AI-generated fashion imagery
  • Define quality benchmarks
  • Build systematic QC workflows with defect tracking and root cause analysis
  • Track quality metrics: defect rates, rework percentages, brand accuracy scores
  • Collaborate with engineering to identify model improvements


Generation Management

  • Oversee the team running AI models and producing imagery at scale
  • Optimize workflows for speed, cost-efficiency, and output quality
  • Monitor throughput, iteration cycles, compute utilization, and error rates
  • Manage capacity planning to meet customer delivery timelines


Vendor & 3PL Management

  • Manage third-party logistics partners and external vendors
  • Oversee vendor performance against SLAs (quality, turnaround times, communication)
  • Lead vendor selection, onboarding, training, and performance reviews
  • Negotiate contracts and optimize vendor economics


Process & Data

  • Implement project management systems using Asana or similar tools
  • Develop SOPs, playbooks, and process documentation
  • Build dashboards and reporting for operational visibility
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements


Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 7+ years in operations management with 3+ years leading teams of 15-20+ people
  • Proven track record scaling operations teams
  • Experience in digital production, creative operations, e-commerce, or tech operations
  • Demonstrated success managing 3PL/vendor relationships
  • Fashion, retail, or visual content background preferred but not required


Skills

  • Exceptional people leadership and team development
  • Process-oriented with strong systematization instincts
  • Proficiency in Asana, Airtable, Monday.com or similar PM tools
  • Data fluency - comfortable with metrics tracking and analysis
  • Quality-obsessed with understanding of digital image standards
  • Technical aptitude to coordinate with engineering teams
  • Startup mentality - comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
