Creative Production & AI Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and inspire a distributed team of virtual stylists, image quality specialists, and external production partners.
- Build, scale, and manage large outsourced teams, ensuring high productivity, engagement, and alignment with brand standards.
- Establish clear team goals, performance metrics, and accountability systems to drive excellence and consistency.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders — including creative, AI, and brand teams — to align operational output with business objectives.
Project & Process Management
- Oversee end-to-end project workflows for virtual styling and AI image production, from concept to final delivery.
- Manage projects in
Asana
, ensuring accurate task planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and deadline tracking. - Develop and maintain production schedules, capacity plans, and project dashboards to ensure operational visibility.
- Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and throughput.
- Implement structured project management methodologies to ensure consistency across teams and vendors.
3PL & Vendor Operations Management
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) and external production vendors, ensuring operational excellence and scalability.
- Oversee vendor performance, quality standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Develop frameworks for evaluating and improving vendor efficiency, communication, and output quality.
- Lead vendor onboarding, training, and ongoing performance reviews to ensure alignment with company expectations.
Quality Control & Image Governance
- Establish and maintain rigorous standards for image quality, styling accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Oversee systematic QC processes and collaborate with internal and outsourced teams to resolve defects or inconsistencies.
- Partner with AI and creative teams to enhance virtual styling models, rendering accuracy, and fashion authenticity.
- Document and evolve quality benchmarks based on data-driven performance analysis and feedback loops.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Champion operational innovation by integrating emerging tools, automation, and AI advancements into workflows.
- Stay current with trends in virtual styling, digital fashion, and AI imagery to inform process enhancements.
- Develop playbooks, SOPs, and training materials to standardize best practices across all teams and partners.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Visual Arts, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in digital fashion, creative operations, or e-commerce production — with proven experience managing outsourced or offshore teams.
- Strong proficiency in Asana (or similar project management platforms such as Airtable or Monday.com) for team coordination, task tracking, and workflow automation.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale, fast-paced creative projects.
- Experience overseeing 3PL operations or external vendor management in a creative production or digital content environment.
- Deep understanding of digital image quality standards, styling principles, and fashion aesthetics.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to balance creative excellence with operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
