About Us:

India Eye Hospital in Greater Noida is a social enterprise committed to providing high-quality, affordable, and high-volume eye care. Currently, we operate a modern facility located inside Ansal Plaza Mall, next to Pari Chowk Metro Station in Greater Noida. Our current facility is NABH-accredited for eye care, ensuring adherence to recognized standards of safety and quality in healthcare delivery

To further expand access to care, especially in rural communities, India Eye Hospital operates Vision Centers (VCs) in Surajpur and Rabupura. We plan to add eight more VCs within the next year. These centers provide essential eye care services closer to where people live.

India Eye Hospital is committed to eliminating unnecessary blindness in Uttar Pradesh by establishing a network of modern eye hospitals and research centers across the state. The hospital is currently guided by Dr. Shroff’s Charity Eye Hospital, Darya Ganj, Delhi.

Operating in Greater Noida since 2023, we have already performed 1600 cataract surgeries using Phaco. We plan to conduct 2,800 cataract surgeries in the next year, using Phaco techniques.

Over the next three years, we are setting up a Super Specialty Eye Hospital with 15 Operating Theaters and 12 Clinics in Greater Noida, Knowledge Park 3 on a seven-acre plot. We are being guided by LAICO – Aravind Eye Care System, Dr. Shroff’s Eye Hospital, Darya Ganj, Delhi and leading eye surgeons from USA.

Job Description: As the Operations Executive at India Eye Hospital, you will be responsible for leading the team by example to achieve budgeted targets through proactive and effective leadership. You will organize, demonstrate, direct, engage and monitor day-to-day operational issues in relation to the policies of India Eye Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve Targets set in Annual Business Plan:

  • Lead the development of the Annual Business Plan for the hospital.
  • Achieve the budgeted revenue and overall surgical volume (Surgical: Paid/Free/Subsidy)
  • Revenue Generation:
  • Walk in surgeries and maintain ratios.
  • Surgeries through empanelment’s such as Ayushman Bharat and other authorized programs.
  • Optical
  • Demand Generation. Plan and execute demand generation and marketing activities to achieve the objectives mentioned above.
  • Take an active role in managing the Management Information System (MIS), developing action plans, and engaging with key stakeholders to address any identified gaps.

2. Cost Management:

  • Implement cost-saving measures to ensure control over wasteful expenses.
  • Conduct regular cost analyses related to surgeries, procedures, and OPDs to maximize resource utilization.
  • Monitor patient acquisition costs and take measures to maintain control over them.

3. HR and Administration:

To provide an effective leadership role.

  • To implement all policies and processes as announced by base hospital from time to time.
  • To provide timely and effective grievance redressal
  • To undertake periodic manpower audit to identify gaps and training needs, develop training calendar in coordination with central HR, coordinate / impart training as per the training calendar for Ophthalmic Assistant/ Employees.
  • To provide clear job responsibilities with expected and measurable outcomes along with documented feedback.
  • To create an alignment and team spirit with a positive environment through employee Recognition.
  • To instill and continuously reinforce the values of the organization to ensure that the image of the organization is not compromised in the eyes of the community or statutory bodies.
  • To develop working knowledge of all functions and coordinate with various functional heads at base hospital

4. Ophthalmic Assistant Training:

  • To work in close coordination with the central team in Manpower planning taking in view the long-term needs of the centre (Hospital and VC’s) and sourcing of the candidates for the program as per the eligibility criteria
  • To facilitate Ophthalmic Assistant Coordinator in ensuring that the roster is made on periodic basis and followed in both theory and practical by the respective in charge at secondary center and competency reports, attendance and leave status, issues related to discipline and behavior are shared with the respective stakeholders at central Office.
  • To support the Ophthalmic Assistant and HR Coordinators in smooth execution of welfare activities including transport, stay and meals facilities for Ophthalmic Assistant.

5. Quality Management:

  • To monitor the key quality parameters, to take appropriate corrective actions to manage deviations.
  • Patient experience
  • Patient safety
  • Infection control
  • Surgical outcomes
  • Incident reporting, CAPA
  • Follow-up rates etc.
  • Other MIS indicators
  • To bring in a quality culture and strive for continuous quality improvement by involving all functions and cadre.
  • To monitor cleanliness in the facility
  • To continuously aim at improving patient experience and other quality indicators

6. Statutory Compliances and Contracts:

  • To ensure compliance with all statutory obligations pertaining to the local laws
  • To assist the management in new certification / accreditations
  • To maintain all AMC/ CMC / Outsource records, agreements, and MOU’s and to ensure timely renewal of the same.
  • To represent the hospital regarding legal matters at the local level as per the guidance of the base hospital
  • To build and leverage network to effectively liaise with Govt and Non Govt stakeholders in all matters pertaining to smooth functioning of your centre.

7. Finance and Inventory management:

  • To ensure implementation of all relevant processes and systems and checks
  • To continuously monitor overheads, identify and implement ideas of cost efficiencies.
  • To ensure the availability and proper utilization of all consumable items.
  • To ensure inventory is managed as per the processes.
  • To ensure that financial leakages do not happen.

Location: India Eye Hospital, GF-17 Ansal Plaza, Greater Noida 201310, Uttar Pradesh

To avoid commute time, we prefer to hire candidates willing to relocate to Noida/Greater Noida area.

Education: Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH), Master’s in Business Administration with concentration in healthcare management, Master’s in Social Work (MSW), Masters in Hospital Administration, or related healthcare fields.

Compensation: ₹ 40,000-50,000 per month

Experience: 3-4 years
