Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About Us

We are a diversified business group engaged in construction, petrol pumps, and multiple other sectors. To support our expanding operations, we are seeking a dedicated Operations Executive who can oversee day-to-day activities and ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations across different business verticals (construction, petrol pumps, and others).
• Assist in project planning, monitoring, and execution to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
• Maintain project-related documentation, reports, and compliance records.
• Support management in operational decision-making and process improvement.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and timelines.
• Handle operational issues and provide effective solutions.

Requirements

• Graduate/Masters
• 3+ years of experience in operations or related fields.
• Prior exposure to construction projects / civil works will be an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and team coordination abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
