Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an Assistant Manager of Human Resources. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing HR operations, overseeing recruitment processes, developing employee relations strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks include coordinating training programs, maintaining employee records, handling performance management, and supporting HR projects. The role requires hands-on involvement in all HR-related activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications

Human Resource Management and Organizational Development skills
Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding
Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance regulations
Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and manage HR projects effectively
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Prior experience in the asset management or financial services industry is a plus
