Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Debt Recovery Agent located in New Delhi. The Debt Recovery Agent will be responsible for contacting and negotiating with debtors to recover outstanding amounts, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of collections and customer interactions. The role involves analyzing customer financial situations, creating repayment plans, and collaborating with other team members to meet collection targets.
