Position Title : Operations Executive

Department : Operations

Locattion: Nairaina vihar

Reports to: operations Manager/ Senior Operations Manager

Facility Management: Housekeeping, maintenance, and end-to-end building management.

Security Services: Professional guarding, access control, and risk management solutions.

Staffing & Recruitment: Temporary staffing, contract staffing, and executive search services.

Job Summary :

The operations Executive will be resonsible for overseeing daily buisness operations , ensuring efficency , and supporting process improvements. This role involves coordination between teams , monitoring workflows , resolving operrational issues, and assisting in the smooth execution of projects .

Key Responsibilties :

1 Operational Management

  • Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements
  • Montior workflows and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs (standard operating Procedures)

oversee day to day operations to ensure smooth and efficent buisness functioning

2 . Coordination & Communication

  • Acts as a bridge between internal teams (HR, Finance, Sales, etc)
  • Coordinate with vendors , clinets, and external stakeholders as required .
  • Support management in project planning and execution.

3 . Data & Reporting

  • Maintain operational records and documentation accurately.
  • Prepare regular reports on operational performance and key metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and suggest improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Mangement , or realted field (MBA preferred)
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience(frrshers may apply)
  • Basic understandings of operations and process management
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,296.31 - ₹32,973.40 per month
