🚨 We’re Hiring: Operations Executive | Location: Coworks, WorldMark 1, Aerocity

detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end execution of client itineraries (flights, hotels, experiences, transfers, etc.)
Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
Liaise with clients pre-, during, and post-travel to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
Support customization of high-end travel packages in collaboration with sales and product teams
Handle bookings, documentation, invoicing, and other travel formalities
Track operational performance metrics and ensure service-level agreements are met
Continuously optimize processes for operational efficiency and elevated customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and travel management platforms (CRMs, booking engines, etc.)
Previous experience in
luxury or international travel operations
preferred
Passion for delivering premium customer experiences
Minimum Experience:
2–3 years
