About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations at our food processing and packaging facility while also handling e-commerce logistics, inventory, and order management across multiple platforms.
This role requires coordination between the factory, warehouse, delivery partners, and online marketplaces to ensure smooth execution, accurate dispatches, and timely reporting. Freshers are welcomed to apply.

Key Responsibilities Factory & Inventory Operations

  • Monitor daily production, packaging, and dispatch schedules.
  • Maintain raw material and finished goods stock records in Zoho / internal ERP.
  • Coordinate with QC team for batch release, labeling, and compliance.
  • Track inward and outward movement of goods; maintain stock reconciliation logs.
  • Assist in vendor management, purchase orders, and delivery follow-ups.

E-commerce Operations

  • Manage daily orders and returns on Shopify, Unicommerce, Amazon, Blinkit, and other marketplaces.
  • Ensure timely order processing, packaging, and handover to courier partners.
  • Monitor inventory levels across online platforms and update as required.
  • Coordinate with customer service and marketing teams for order issues or special campaigns.
  • Generate daily sales, stock, and dispatch reports.

Logistics & Delivery

  • Plan and track local and outstation deliveries from the factory/warehouse.
  • Liaise with logistics partners (Shiprocket, Bluedart, etc.) to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain documentation for dispatches, challans, invoices, and GRNs.
  • Handle any delivery escalations, delays, or damage claims.

Admin & Coordination

  • Support in day-to-day administrative work — petty cash, bills, courier tracking, vendor coordination, etc.
  • Assist in facility management (housekeeping schedules, maintenance follow-ups).
  • Maintain records of daily attendance, shift schedules, and staff requirements.
  • Support management in internal reports and audits (FSSAI, ISO, etc.).

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (Operations, Business, Commerce, or related field).
  • 1–3 years’ experience in operations, logistics, or e-commerce management, preferably in FMCG / food industry is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Unicommerce, Zoho Inventory/Books, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify is a plus.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data handling skills.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable managing both office and on-ground factory tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
