Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Reporting

Supervising reporting team for timely report delivery with zero error
Distribution of reports
Develop a strong team and alternate of every individual to ensure smooth functioning.
Ensure all process are followed as per Intertek SOP and CMCs
Managing internal and external stakeholders (sales and clients)
Ensuring report upload on Blockchain and FSSAI portal
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about services.

Invoicing

Managing team who works on invoicing .
Review and approval of invoice
Monthly closing
Ensure timely invoice and hurdle free payments.
Zero error in invoicing

LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System)

Implement a tool (LIMS) at GGN site
Support internal team in LIMS development.
Develop client master data and
Adhere to the Project timelines.
Plan and executive resources and requirement
Maintain a good coordination between ops, Sales and technical team.

Qualification

Minimum Graduate with 2-4 Years of work experience

Expertise at

Knowledge of MS Excel
Knowledge of MS Work
