This is a dynamic, high-ownership position across two fast-growing consumer brands: Burger Cartel – A youth-centric premium burger QSR chain Mithila Roots – An FMCG brand focused on Makhana with B2B and D2C sales channels You'll work directly with the founder to drive brand expansion, monitor daily operations, manage external stakeholders, and contribute to business growth through digital and field-level execution. 🎯 Key Responsibilities🍔 Burger Cartel – QSR Operations Coordinate daily tasks related to new outlet setup, interiors, POS installation, and vendor onboarding Track sales performance across outlets and analyze data from Swiggy/Zomato dashboards Collaborate with digital marketing partners to run promotional campaigns Oversee in-store branding, offers, and offline marketing execution Manage inventory, monitor wastage, and support basic P&L reporting 🛍️ Mithila Roots – FMCG (Makhana) Operations Liaise with branding/packaging agencies to execute D2C launch plans Assist in onboarding wholesale/B2B buyers through field follow-ups Maintain accurate records for buyer/supplier communications, packaging, and dispatch 🧠 Skills & Qualifications ✅ Strong Communication – Clear, professional interaction with internal teams and external vendors ✅ Sales & Operations Monitoring – Ability to track and report key business metrics ✅ Vendor Management – Efficient coordination with external suppliers and agencies ✅ Problem-Solving Attitude – Hands-on approach to business challenges ✅ Organizational Skills – Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks ✅ Basic Tech Skills – Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, and inventory tools ✅ Startup Mindset – Thrives in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
